My name is Jose Delgado and I am the Head Instructor at JAD Self-Defense School. 
We train in Kick Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and grappling incorporating various other Martial Arts.  I am a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and an OPOTA Certified Instructor with over 21 years experience in the Martial Arts.

I am a Cleveland Police Officer (13 years), assigned to the S.W.A.T Unit (9 years).  I am also a Cleveland Police Academy Instructor and a Cuyahoga Community College Police Academy Instructor (I instruct Defensive Tactics, Subject Control, Ground Defense, and S.W.A.T. Tactics) and proud to be a UNITED STATES MARINE.

My school is located in Cleveland, Ohio.  I share the space with "JARHEDZ 24 HOUR FITNESS." 

All members are encouraged to join in with the JAD Fight Team training.
